WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Throughout the therapy process, I value the importance of improving relationships, managing stress, and increasing the ability to identify and regulate emotions. In sessions, I emphasis the importance of processing core beliefs we hold towards ourself and the world, practicing daily mindfulness, and learning skills to effectively regulate our emotions.
I use EMDR as well as an integrated approach including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat trauma, C/PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD, depression, and anxiety.
